Winter sketchdump

Being at home for the holiday break meant no digital stuff, but it did mean a scanner and time with a sketchbook! This time I had a moleskine softcover book. I like the size of the pages and the feel of 2b/4b pencils on here, makes me think of conte and newsprint~! The only downer is that the drawings show through on the other side of the thin pages :( but it's alright

Wow, Christie! Your sketches are so animated and alive. You're inspiring me to work harder! XD

I love the ones with the environments in them, especially the first one with the lady falling into the lower room.

Everything ^^^(these folks) said plus I love the passion you have for drawing. I've always been a fan of your work, and it's awesome to see this very animated and clear direction you're taking.

Do you prefer digital or paper? I'm more of a paper person >.>;;;
